I absolutely love the quality of care, respect, and service I receive from 1st Stop Storage every time I enter the facility or by phone. The manager, Ms. Jean Rothery, is so helpful and understanding. If you encounter a problem, she goes far and beyond to assist and help you. I've utilized many storages in the past years, but I have to honestly say that this storage facility, along with Ms. Jean Rothery's professionalism is so far the best service I have ever encountered.
